Yes we shud but still i will repeat why not from raashi?Coz Raashi has got direct relationship with moon thus it shud also show mentality of a native thus if we say that native thinks to much about sex or have got sexual complex then it shud be having relationship with moon/raashi.(Im using above made statemen as an example)
Thus i would like your comment on it to further clarify doubts which exist quite abundantly among students of astrology.

Hi Raman,

Moon shows certainly the mentality without doubt.

There was a chart having Jupiter(retrograde) in the 7th. from Lagna; but Saturn in the 7th. from moon.

Could you explain your perception of it? hint for our collective understanding:=
lagna= actual self... attachment...physical self how the physical feels it.
moon=our mental self. How it affects the mind. Remember that the mind feels the hurts.

Considering that our mind is the trouble and we need to keep a control on it.
