I know some people who have a parmaculture farm and are dreaming up an out door oven with fish smoking pizza oven roasting oven, a hungi(ground pit for cooking food with hot rocks). I just happened to discover this science today just days after hearing of the plans to build the outdoor oven. Not sure the
direction the house is already facing but this will be beside it. Wondering what this science could add to the project.
Anyone have any ideas how to align it. I guess squaring it north south and east west for starters. They'll be swinging doors at an entrance on one side. and a barn style roof to maximize space that things can be smoked in.
