It seems it happen now and then to some members....think it is a glitch in the forum software...which we have no control over.....but I think Cedar found a way to fix it....try this.
Go to your control panel.
Delete the email address you will use...or put in a "dummy address" and save and go out
Go into your control panel again
change back to your true email address, and mark for notification, and save again.
Now the database will be updated again, and you might get those notifications
