Does it happen on M-B or every site?  If it happens everywhere, clean up cookies and temp files, disable non-essential startups, then restart and run an antispy and antivirus scan.  If you need info on these things, let me know.  If it happens just on M-B, which I doubt, I would consider another browser.  What browser are you using?  I highly recommend Firefox 2.  Much better than Internet Explorer.  You can get Firefox 2 by going here:  http://www.mozilla.com/products/download.html?product=firefox-2.0.0.1&os=win&lang=en-US

You may need to copy and paste in your browser address bar.

Easiest way (effective much of the time):

Click on Start button
Click on Run
Type the word msconfig and click OK
Click the tab that says Startup
There will be a list of startup processes listed. I would uncheck them all except the ones that run any of your security programs like antivirus and antispyware.  (Unchecking turns them off, it does not delete them, so these things can be turned on later).
Click apply.
Click OK (or close, of no OK present).
If the computer doesn't want to restart, shut down and restart.  If you get an error message doing this, please note it and let me know.
When the system restarts, the startup should be faster.

No guarantee that this fixes everything, but it is a good starting place.  Also, naturally, do the other things I mentioned.  Before running the scans, update the definitions to the latest versions.
