Hi I had a reading with the  moon in future position and the ace of cups in the outcome.  Can anyone give me some advice on whether you think the moon is a good card or a bad card to get in the future position.  I have read it to be a female water card and I know that many people in the olden days used to be afraid of the moon because it was darkness and darkness represented negativity.  I dont belive that, I believe the moon to be mystical and beautiful  but would love to hear other interpretations and feelings on the moon card.

the Moon in the future position could have simply meant that things are still hidden from you!  be it something in the future or your subconscious thoughts are still hidden from you, etc. it always depends on what cards have fallen before hand and what the question was asked of the cards.  As for the Ace of Cups, the ace could be the beginning of something unknown (hence The Moon) and or something spiritual you are going to be awoke to, etc.

btw, the Moon is neither good or bad it is just what it is.  A card that speaks of hidden things that could easily enlightened someone. Actually IMHO the moon is not of darkness but if anything provides light at night to a dark earth that has turned its back on the Sun for a short period of time!

The Moon may indicate indecision, uncertainty, intuition to be guided by (after all it guides us at night with its light)... Dont jump the gun for assuming it is bad. It may be an element of doubt and fear, but the light always shines come morning.
The Ace of Cups is a new beginning in the areas of spiritual awakening, new emotions, a new love perhaps or new assocations which may involve emotions.

Cups is a Water sign and Moon usually rules the movement of Water on this Earth.  Could be some volatility in emotions and undecided factors..... but soon light shines upon them and vision gets clearer.

Thank you for the interpretation......I was searching for so long to find what people think of the moon card.  I agree with both of you....it isnt good or bad....but maybe just what it should be.
