Hi Adriana
You have presented your case in such an eloquent manner and I do hope this reading does the same for you.
I see you handling several books and as though you don’t know which one to look at or even take the chance to read. It is almost you read the titles and the commentary and yet can’t get yourself plunged into one. I feel you are as if checking the texture of the books’ cover, the colour of their print and you push one aside and pick another. This process may be going on for a while until you find the one appealing to you. In the meantime, and as you described, I don’t feel you are at a good place within yourself. Leaving your work situation aside, I feel you, Adriana, the person, needs to lighten up and start giving herself some time to relax, socialise and have some fun too – whatever that may mean for you. I feel you have abandoned all those for the sake of your job and the issues going therein.
I feel, eventually, there will be a choice to make for you on the professional arena and I really do not feel this other colleague bothering you so much.
As always, we do not know what the cards will come up with. I know you said you are open to anything else that comes up and you had questions such as will this or that happen.... however, my main of focus will be on your job front and whatever else comes up, let it be the icing on the cake
I am using the Rider Waite deck.
The question I asked: What advice and insight is there for Adriana with regard to her career?
Where you are at now? Eight of Cups.
How poignant! We see here a man walking away from a current situation (eight cups standing upright but not in total symmetry with each other) looking for new opportunities and exploring new horizons. He climbs up the cliffs and there are mountains ahead of him and the moon is in the sky giving him a sense of what if and if I am doing the right thing. A situation comes to this conclusion after one has had enough of something, and whilst there may not be any major reasons for abandoning the present, but a change seems to be right thing to do. This is your current situation. It does not imply what you are doing is right or wrong.
Possible options available to you in your current situations with which you can work.
Three of Wands. The Magician. Six of Wands.
We have two fire elements and one Major Arcana.
You are at a point, or you should soon reach a point in your life where after having made certain choices and done the ground work, you will sit and wait for the results. The results are in the making but they are still on the horizon. We do not know in what form of shape they will be manifested to you. However, I feel positive – along with the Three of Wands – that you may be in a position to lead as the Magician will have on offer to you all the tools and opportunities that you can work with in order to achieve your goals. There is the potential for success and victory around you as the Six of Wands depicts a man on a horse riding through the crowds and receiving their admiration.
Further options and energies around you for the way forward.
The Lovers. Six of Pentacles. Four of Pentacles.
From the fire element we are now in the element of Earth plus another Major Arcana.
Apart from one Cup and no Swords, I feel your reading is around passion and earthly material concerns. The Lovers indicates a turning point in your life whereby you will be feeling rather strongly about something or someone and in those strong feelings, you may also need to make a choice. Don’t fret, this is a beautiful card, but it also has a price tag on it – choices to make. Whether this strong feeling is about your professional life or the personal one, it has the potential of making you get emotionally attached to that aspect in your life. However, the Pentacles now tell me a different thing: The Six of Pentacles which is also ruled by the Lovers (the sixth Major Arcana card) is telling me that when you make choices, you should make them fairly without discrimination. The six of pentacles stands for giving and receiving. When you realise you are receiving more than you are giving, then things will get out of balance, and vice versa. We are also being told that when splash out, then comes a time when we must play our cards close to our chest. The Four of Pentacles is a man holding four coins in such a greedy way that he won’t let anyone come close lest they grabbed them all from him. This card is labelled in tarot circles as the miser card. Well, if you need to be that way and the events force you to hold on to what you have, then so be it. But as it comes after the Six of Pentacles, I feel that you should take care in not distorting the balance of the give-and-take lest it put you in a position of holding on to your assets.
This second section of the reading talks about energies that you may be confronted with and the ways to overcome them for the way forward.
I hope this reading made sense to you Adriana and I look forward to hearing from you.
Blessings to you.
