Dear Akido
Looking at your previous threads, I see that this topic has been plaguing you for some time now.
My good friend, whether one choice would be fine or not, in my opinion, is not written on rock or sand. I regret a reading would not tell you what to choose and if your choice is going to be good or bad.. Oh, yes, some would say I can do a reading for Akido and tell him what will be right or wrong. They are welcome to do so.
I sympathise with you having on one hand the pressure from family and the other hand the economic situation that the world is faced with these days. Whilst I do not really understand your question, or rather your country’s educational system, but from what I understood, I would personally not burn all or any of my bridges. If the said ‘review’ only takes place on Saturdays, then I would strongly suggest that you do that as well as look for a job or when you find one - take it and do both at the same time.
I would keep sending your resume all over the place for the kind of jobs that you are suited/qualified for.
My philosophy would be: in the absence of a job or anything else, I would continue gathering knowledge or doing this review every Saturday. What have you got to lose? When you find your ideal job and it satisfies you so much that you do not wish to continue doing this review every Saturday, then you can easily drop that, or can you not?
As a point of focus I picked a card for you and I got the Five of Cups.
Now, Fives are state of uncertainty, pain, strife and in a period of confusion, regret and despair. In the case of the five of cups we see a man in a dark overcoat, head bowing and mourning the toppled three cups in front of him whilst totally oblivious of the other two standing upright behind him. This, I feel, is quite indicative of the situation you find yourself in at the moment whereby there is pressure from within and outside of you and you feel you are at an impasse or gridlock not knowing where to go and in that you have given up and, rightly so, as Cups are all about emotions too, you are mourning this period of uncertainty. Please, be aware my good friend, that all is not over. It is not the end by any means. There are still opportunities and chances to come if you would just take a moment from your period of grief and despair and start noticing the other two cups right behind you – the opportunities that will come your way. It will be up to you how you convince and deal with your family’s pressure and this can be done with a mutual understanding and dialogue. But, above all, this is telling you not to give up too soon and not to take your current situation as doom and gloom.
I would like to say: do what you feel is right in terms of the further education (review) and keep sending those resumes out into the field and one day the two cups standing behind you will bear fruits.
I hope this has given you some hope and the strength to look ahead.
With best wishes.
