i got an email  i responded but wondered why he hasnt sent me a reply.   i am pretty worried.   i wondered if we could become friends again.

You are asking us to delve in to someone's mind and see what they are thinking or scheming. You wonder if you could become friends 'again'. If your previous connection with him was on romantic grounds, some people cannot do friendship after a break up.... (am only assuming here).
