I would appreciate if you could do a reading for me,
my question is kind of vague but I need some kind of a new perspective, seems as if I'm in a crossroad of my life.
I was wondering what you could tell me considering my love life, which is in general stagnation now but sth is constantly moving, but in little steps, and i feel confused. Does my question need to be more specific? Or is this enough?

Hi Mia, welcome to the forum

I thought it best to do a general love reading as you do not seem to have any precise question in mind.

Your first card tells me all about you and where you are right now in your life. It is the very powerful card of Judgment. The deck I am using is a Celtic deck and has many dragons on the cards. This one has the green dragon standing over a lady lying in bed covered with a white sheet. The dragon is hearing the lady's confession of her life. This card tells me that you are in a position of confusion, thinking about all the past events and deeds that you have done and that now they are all catching up with you and need to be dealt with so you can feel more at peace with yourself.

The dragon wears a celtic knot necklace round their neck and this indicates the continuous circle of life, the phases that we go through follow on one after the other, perfectly linked together, seamless so that we do not realise when one phase of life finishes and another starts.

Love is a never ending circle of passion, part of the phases of our life we yearn for a good relationship, we love love and seek it out.

What you want from love is covered by the next card, The Lovers no less! Well that is fortuitous. Love in a perfect relationship, two dragons staring into each others eyes, the love between them boundless and timeless. But as we look closer at this card the lovers are two dragons, a water dragon swirling in a deep pool of water, and an earth dragon, who is bound to stay on dry land for all of their life, unable to enter the water to touch their love.

So what does this mean? Well I feel that what you are looking for in a relastionship does not really exist. Perfection, the ultimate dream of a compassionate, passionate and dedicated lover, absolutely perfect in every way, just like a fairytale. Like the two dragons for most relationships there is something that is less that perfect, and sometimes we may disregard the relationship and discard it because it is not perfect. Well good relationships take time and effort and a lot of give and take. Both parties have to want it to suceed, it cannot be taken for granted, it does not just happen, it needs to be fought for and grasped with both hands. perhaps this may mean taking the first step or taking the initiative with the next step.

As you mentioned, little steps are sometimes needed, love cannot be rushed. Decide if you are on the right path, if this is where you want to aim your energy and then stick to it. Time is all part of a relationship, some are slow and gentle and meader like the small brook but then rush down to the wide open sea, and others are like a torrent of a waterfall, full on downhill from day one. Do not worry about the speed, instead concern yourself with the direction, if that is right then time is meaningless.

If we look to reasons for why you are feeling confused we get The Hermit card. You might be feeling alone and searching for reasons on your own with no-one to help you. Well that is not the case. The dragon Hermit in this card is reading a book with a pile of books sitting next to them. All the information and reasons are there if only we look a little deeper into their meaning we will find our answers.

The next step is illustrated by the High Priestess. The lady of wisdom holds her magic in her hands and behind her the two dragons are brought topgether able to finally touch. The High Priestess is in all of us, we have the inate energy and wisdom of the ages deep inside us and all we need to do is to tap into it and listen.
