Before picking the cards, I tried to connect with your energies and when doing so I got feelings and visions which sometimes can be symbolic or actual events and situations around you. I am more guided by what comes to the screen of my mind by way of images and also the sensations I get through these images. Sometimes reading a post gives me an instant sensation about what that person is going through.... Each case is different.
While doing this I got images of you in an empty space or a room where you are almost ready to make certain decisions and those decisions present some form of, if not excitement, but a challenge for you. I get the feeling that you are not scared to take these decisions but you are at the same time giving it a good deal of thought. I feel that you are now looking up and beyond the parameters of this space and beginning to think out of the box, thinking beyond any obstacles that previously you may have had. You are widening or expanding your horizons even if this is just a thought process at the moment. The empty room probably signifies all the possibilities or a wider spectrum of possibilities and yet nothing tangible to hold on to. You are willing to try but you are not putting your foot on it as yet; you are not taking a step forward. Your state of mind is not limited to certain set of thoughts only; it is as though the choices are wider. I also get the feeling that you will come out of this phase of evaluation and assessment and you will pick a path which will suit you and the minute I got the word path, I got the colour g r e e n on both sides of this route where you are setting off to tackle your aims. Along this green path I feel you are in a jolly frame of mind. I see you picking flowers and going along the way without actually seeing the end of the road. This is not a bad thing for I feel this is a new beginning with many possible outcomes, once you have decided where to aim for and what to do.

The Situation Now:
Page of Wands. Five of Pentacles.
We have a fire (Wand) and Earth (Pentacles) elements here.
I feel the current situation is a mixture of two elements: one of a new passion taking birth within you, coming from you and within your surrounding (or even via another person, for the Page is a young and energetic person who could be bearing news of a fresh start) and this new surge of energy is one that could relate to a new idea or a passion that you may have been nurturing but not taking any form of action towards it. It is in its early stages yet and next to it is a situation of some form of financial hardship or possible material or physical discomfort that you find yourself in. To elaborate on the second card – Five of Pentacles, we see a man on crutches and a woman in an inhospitable environment, walking through the snow outside a church window which has five pentacles on a stained glass. This shows times of hardship, financial difficulties and trying to make ends meet. I would like to say there is movement in this card, as both persons depicted on it are in motion, albeit with some difficulty, and the stained glass of the church above them is a sign of hope and faith that this situation is temporary and it is best not give up hope.

Ace of Swords. (element of Air)
It is as though the Divine will come to your rescue with a new send of strength of mind and body to guide you through these difficult times. Ace of Sword is a new beginning, unlike the Page of Wands, this one comes not from within but from the universe, the divine - or call it whatever you like in your own belief. The Ace of Swords is the cutting edge of wisdom, ability to communicate your thoughts into action and a personal strength as depicted on the card with a hand coming through the clouds holding a sword upright, adorned with a crown. The journey ahead may not be smooth and it may present you with challenges and doubts that make you wonder- this is not what I want, like this woman in the Nine of Swords waking up from a bad dream in the middle of the night. The challenges and possible obstacles in your journey ahead may seem like a bad dream and at times may make you feel inadequate. I would say this is all part of the package of moving on and sometimes you may find that you are probably exaggerating some of these difficulties and making them seem harder than what they are. Be aware of this and keep your calm for this is just the journey of moving on....
What will you find on your way?
Queen of Wands.
Should I say success, should I say passion and charisma in the person of the Queen of Wands or even someone like the Queen of Wands who will come to you on your way and be of positive influence in your journey? The queen can be a person, as all court cards are, whom you may meet and be influenced by her presence in your life for she stands for success, passion, competitive nature, feminine charisma and full of energy. She could be a doctor, a lawyer, a business woman.... she could be a relative, a mother figure possessing the above qualities... She is a Leo, a fire sign, and fire is all she stands for in the way she conducts her business.
So, between the Ace of Swords, following on to the Nine of Swords, there comes along the qualities of the Queen of Wands to help you further on your journey ahead.
What will you learn on this journey?
The Fool. Eight of Pentacles.
The Fool is the first of the Major Arcana suit and we see him at the edge of a precipice, looking ahead with his few worldly belongings and his dog cautioning him of the impending danger below. Some call him a fool and some call him a risk-taker. Some call him foolhardy and some call him a dream chaser and taking chances while doing so. It is once again a new beginning, one full of dreams, new aspirations and some risks too. The journey ahead has the potential of giving you a sense of freedom and independence, knowing when to take risks and try and give that dream a chance to come true. Not all risks pay good dividends, but the fact that we believe in our dreams and are not scared to chase them despite the riks, could be a lesson worth learning.
Along with the risk-taking factor, there comes another lesson which is one of apprenticeship, diligence, acquiring knowledge in new skills and putting those plans and dreams into action – work! Whether this is work as in generating income or career building, or diligence in learning new things and concentrating on the task at hand, for the man in the Eight of Pentacles has his head down carving eight pentacles and turning his back to the outside world.
I feel the lessons here are that taking risks and having dreams on their own is not enough; working towards them and acquiring the knowledge to handle those dreams is the key to success. Every journey teaches us some lessons and we can either take them or leave them. Each lesson learned prepares us for the next stage of our journey of Life.
The End of the journey and possible outcome.
Justice.
I hasten to say, this is not the end of your life journey, but more of the end of the short term journey. Dont panic
This is another Major Arcana card and I do like it when conclusions rest on Major cards simply because their message is ‘louder’ and more imminent than the Minor ones.
Every journey, every new experience has a ‘price tag’ attached to it – Justice. Cause and effect; we harvest what we propagate. I feel that your journey in the forthcoming months has the potential of delivering the Justice that you deserve. Whether this ‘justice’ has anything to do with issues of the Law that you may be involved in or in its archetypical sense of you getting what you deserve. My feeling is that of the tree delivering its fruits -which it is supposed to - at the end of its seasonal cycle.
In your reading there are elements depicting hardships and there are those promising hope and insight to achieve your potential. There are possible lessons for you and possible outcomes. But, above all, you have the potential to achieve balance in your life with guidance given here.
