I've recently experienced some trouble in my life to do with my husband and now it has extended itself to my job. I am just about to complete a move back to my home town (well, city!) but I have not been able to organise a job for myself back there.

I am very much a planning person and although I know I will most likely be able to get myself a teaching job (I am a high school teacher) I am starting to wonder if I should change my profession and see if I can find greater success there.

I really do feel adrift. It is not a feeling I am familiar with and I feel that a reader may help to provide me with some clarity.

I assume, that your husbands influence has negatively influenced your job, and perhaps blocked further development in your career where you are at now, am I correct? Are you and your husband separated and or divorced?

The cards will not be able to tell you if a jump into a different field will be better, but will indicate positive improvements-job wise.

The negativity with my husband is very separate from my work, however I am having to more interstate because he needs to move interstate - thus leaving my current job and seeking another one. We are not separated or divorced and my husband is making some very big changes in his life in an attempt to make up for some stupid stuff he has done.

I'm feeling negative about my work because I feel like all my attempts to find a job are being blocked. It's very frustrating.
