Please see what cards can tell about my job, things are slow in the office, a lot of things are in the horizon but they are taking too long to become real, you know, things are all in the air, and I am anxious about it. Worried in fact. My boss is also worried, I can see in his face. If thigns remain like that, I might have to quit and look for another office to work . Something I don´t want to, but I need to have money to live. What do you see? SHould I start looking for something else? Things will get better there and I will keep this job?

Viviane, (just re-read your posting and see how it comes across)

Your questions are all full of doubts: will it or will it not? Will I or will I not? Yes or No? Should I or should I not?

The cards will not tell you drop everything now and start looking for a new job.  And, if they did tell you that, would you?  We have brains and, most of all, we have intuition. Most of the time we act per our intuition despite what people (or in this case the cards) tell us.

You have been in this situation before and things got sorted. I remember well.

You don’t need me to tell you that the world is going through some hard economic times. Demand goes up and demand comes down and this is how it is going to be for the next few years (am not expert, but I don’t see any other way out). You, like everyone else, will have to go through the storm.

Your boss is worried? Of course he is; why do you worry about your boss's worry? But what does 'worry' generate? More worry.

You do not need a reading Viv. All I can say is as long as you have a job, then hang on to it. If you have the means and the stamina (and the money) to drop everything and start looking for another job, then you must be privileged to do so. You know the industry you are in better than anyone else, and I suggest strongly you use your own judgement.

I am not saying a new job is the answer and I am not also telling you to stay where you are.  All I am saying – according to the card I picked – all is not doom and gloom. I am worried all the time I have a job ending and no job in the horizon begining. My boss pays me for jobs. Not salary, not a constant amount os money, because it allows me to make more money, and work from home office most of the week. I am like an associate. But in times like this. when nothing is at hand for me, and he said that, I can´t help getting terrified.
It is hard to not worry when we have bills to pay, you know... and besides I feel there´s something good to come, I feel I should sty and wait as things may get pretty better after elections are over as all his contracts to come are from govern instituitions like metro and train stations and banks. Everything is on hold. But once this is over, we might heve all the things that are in the air really popping up. The thing is how to pass one/two months without any income. My husband presses me to find another job. He thinks I deserve more money. And we have been arguing about it.
Finding another job is not that easy, and even more at this time of the year.
May the six of wands may mean I will find a solution to this ?
Let´s see...thanks a lot for your words. But in my skin the view is pretty ugly and even being a faithful woman, I feel worried.

If in your guts you know that things will sort themselves out with contracts and so on, then you should do what you feel is best for you and your family.
We all have bills to pay and some of us work from home too and based on irregular income - I understand.
If you are a freelance worker, then may be you could do a few jobs a the same time. I do not have the answers my dear friend.
