I don't do Yes or No readings, but since you have asked that question and based on the cards you have picked, I would say the answer is Yes. And the Death card comes to signify a new beginning by the death of one and the brith of something else.

As for timing, I dont deal with that much, however, I reckon Wands, especially the Eight of Wands, signifies something in action already and coming to materialise very soon. And with a Major Arcana  card - The Death card - I would say this is quite imminent.

If you had all three in the Minor Arcana and only one active: Time frame of months.
If you had all three in the Minor Arcana and only two active: Time frame of weeks.
