It is your future, not ours, so get yourself into a cycle where you are constructive to your own future and find another job or adjust to fit in with your current job!!

I will have to agree with Payewacker here... and agree with him strongly.

You came here frist asking for a reading for something you knew was not in the cards.
Then we give you an opinion or our idea and you come back asking HOW?  

How should we know the answers?

If you want my very honest opinion: stay put where you are and try and find a way to accept the internal politics - harsh facts of the corporate world my friend - or find yourself another job.
