Hi, fisk. It is hard for us to predict exactly what's going to happen at a specific time as everything is always changing and the tarot can only be used as a general guidance tool.
I am just a beginner in tarot. Hopefully this reading is meaningful to you.
(By the way I noticed you're from Indonesia, as I am from Malaysia I could try translating some parts of the reading into Malay if you do not understand).
I'd probably rephrase your question as:
What does fisk need to know most in her life right now?
I am using the Legacy of the Divine deck. While shuffling and before I even start the spread, a card has revealed itself. 7 of Wands. My deck shows a guy taking the higher stand, coming from behind a portal and facing 6 other wands in battle. This suggests that either you are currently fighting for something you believe in, or that there is a need to go into battle. Yet, since you are on higher ground, there is a good chance of victory for you.
Now we start with the reading.
Heart of the Issue: 3 of Swords Rx. What Crosses You? The Lovers
To go against my normal convention, I am interpreting these two cards together. If you don't mind me asking, did you recently have some problems with your relationship? The 3 of Swords is a card of sorrow, especially of emotional pain and separation, and having the Lovers card cross it makes me really wonder.
Foundation of the Issue: 5 of Coins
This is such a common card I get nowadays. In my deck, it depicts a beggar woman holding her bowl in her outstretched hand, yet, there is a brilliant yellow light of the 5 coins shining behind her. Perhaps this indicates that you are feeling abandoned and ignored after your emotional upheaval. Or that this relationship problems was probably caused by "one-sidedness". Meaning, probably you or your partner think that you/he have been giving in too much to the other party.
Receding Influences: Page of Wands
I am going to go with the interpretation of "a person" here. A young man, who is enthusiastic, dynamic and determined (who enjoys doing new things) is going away from your life. Perhaps it is someone related to you. Or it could be that you fear that you are losing the enthusiasm and drive to live your life. Sorry, I find court cards a little difficult to put into context sometimes.
What Crowns You? Knight of Coins Rx
A new person in your life, possibly, the Knight of Coins Rx warns of a person who is not very diligent and does not like to work. He only looks for people with money and mixes with them. When you are faced with financial difficulties, he is not your friend anymore. Or he could be a "business type" person, who always wants favours/payment in return for his doings.
Immediate Future: 8 of Cups, and Card 7, You in Relation to this situation: 6 of Swords Rx
8 of Cups depicts an octopus transforming into a man and leaving his home. It is of a change/transformation occurring in your life. You are being thrust from familiar into unfamiliar surroundings. Yet, in the next card, 6 of Swords Rx, we see a lady going on a perilous journey on her own, in a dark cavern on a little boat. But since it is reversed, I take it that you might not wish things to change. You do not want to be transformed and leaving your comfort zone.
External Influences: 10 of Swords
At first I would have said that you are feeling at the bottom of your life right now and things will get better soon. Yet, from reading all your previous readings in this forum, I find it very interesting that this card should appear once again as your external influence. I take it that you, as a psychiatrist, have been listening and helping others to solve their problems.
Hopes and Fears: 2 of Wands Rx
This card depicts 2 boxes and only one key to open them. It is about making a decision and taking a risk. However, since 2 of Wands is reversed, I think this represents your fear of making a decision, or that someone is making this decision making very difficult for you. Maybe it's a very life-changing decision, and you do not know how this would impact you and your surroundings.
Likely Outcome: Queen of Cups
You will most likely become more compassionate as a result of this experience. You will become more receptive to the worries of others, become gentler, creative and very tender.
Do offer any feedback you have, and I hope you have benefited from this reading. I hope you won't mind that I was too direct over here as there were some cards (especially the first 5 cards) that just jumped out to me and I heard a story come up in my head.

Hi Renjer,
I'm going to make an exception, and actually give comment on your reading, however. I'm first going to pull it apart nicely, and chat on a PM with you. I don't see anything wrong in your interpritation at all, essentially you can clarify matters a bit more, but maintain your reading as it is!!! Well done.
There are a few things that I want to point out to you, then you will see how totally awesome it is, to be a Tarot student!
Blessed be
