I feel the current partner or relationship is somewhat viewed with a look for the future, like an investment, almost like a business deal; more like a partnership but perhaps lacking emotions and romance. It is as though they are too convenient for both in the absence of something or someone else : one seeking approval, and the other giving approval. I don’t feel this to be a bad thing, as with the Two of Cups, the Three of Pentacles is a form of joining hands but more on a practical side rather than emotional or the romantic.


Card 2 (What she feels about new guy):
Ace of Pentacles
A new start, more earthly and a physical attraction. Possibly strong sexual [color=darkblue]energy too. Whilst the Ace of Pentacles may also stand for new beginnings in business/financial matters, but being an element of Earth, I feel it may tend towards the physical and earthly conveniences rather than emotional.

Like a nostalgic sort of a relationship, possibly one that has been going on for a while. Is this a school friend, childhood friend – turned into romance and relationship? This could also mean fun and frolics, but perhaps not the real thing in terms of love and romance.

I feel with this card (and the one to follow below) there is a general sense of the unknown about this girl with regard to the two men in her life. She is too scared to take any action with regard to either  of them and is leaving Fate and Destiny take care of it.  The fact that the only suit of Cup in this situation is the Six of Cups, indicates to me that neither of these men have touched her heart and they  are as follows:  The current guy must have developed into a relationship possibly without the intensity of some deep emotions and the second guy is possibly a visual/physical infactuation.

Card 5 (Whats right path for her):
2 of Swords
Unless you express your  thoughts and feelings to yourself – not to mention to the current partner – she will be staying on the fence denying herself and to the others the benefit of the truth.

Card 1 and Card 3 together say to me that the elements of passion and intense romance, a strong emotional bond etc is missing from there i.e. the current relationship. This relation prolly turned out to be more of a casual and easy happening during probably school or college life. And has been pretty stable, probably a bit too much. She sees this relation as more of a nostalgic thing.

Card 2 and Card 4 together say to me that this new attraction is also not based on any strong emotional/spiritual pull, and is more of a strong materialistic pull (infatuation) which in future can have a very strong effect on the girl's life. This new attraction was probably destined to bring some important change or progression in the girl's life. Card 4 can also mean (seeing what card 5 is) that she does not know at all that what she wants of this new attraction, and has left her open to what future brings to her.

Card 5, bang on, most unhelpful of the lot, just iterating the question itself. She does not know herself what to do. And probably it hints what to do next. She needs to open up and discuss her feelings 1. With herself honestly, 2. Atleast the current existing partner.
