A thorough relationship spread needs the willingness of the two people involved as well as them both being present for it. I'm very reluctant to do a spread that involves a third party withotu their knowledge and consent. However, it's possible to do a reading for 1 person and their involvement with someone else without going into the 3rd party perspective. It would then be about what you can do in a relationship, how the relationship affects you, etc...
