Oh I am sorry  well, there are no problems in my job or career, but I would like to know if there is a chance of improvement or maybe a chance to get a job in another country. And anything else that comes in the reading would be greatly appreciated.

I think we are both adult enough to view the questions from a non-predictive angle.

Chance of improvement? Are there any chances of improvement in your opinion and if yes, what are you doing about  them? Are you applying for the next step? Are you aware of opportunities and waiting for the right chance to approach them?  Do you realistically see any 'improvements' towards which you could exert your energies and efforts? Ask yourself these questions and see what answers you come up with.

Travel overseas? That is a shot in the dark, and if the reading did not show any overseas travel, who says that you cannot still plan for it?  If, once again, there is a chance of overseas travel or a job overseas,  and if you want it, why not apply for it and see what happens?

Both questions you have asked are a shot in the dark and the answers are probably with you.
