First of all, it is a Yes or No question which the tarot and no psychic in their right mind would take up to answer it.
If someone ever chose to answer your question by way of a reading.......
What if you got an answer No? So what? Would you do then stop trying?
What if you got an answer Yes? Then what?

What is stopping you two from having a child, assuming you know the subtleties on how to conceive a child? Unless you have medical problems and you cannot conceive, that is a purely medical issue and you should consult a doctor and not the cards.
