Now I have taken your Question as Is a Good Life Partner Nearby?
I have done the Celtic Method 10 Card Spread.
1> The Atmosphere surrounding the Question: III of Empress -> You are in Search of Love, Beauty and Marriage. Is it that you feel that the person you know will be the person/love of your life.
2> Helping of Opposing Forces: II of Swords -> This is showing that you are not seeing the current situation. Logical decisions are necessary not emotional one's.
3> Base of the Question: VII of Pentacles -> You are trying to assess what you have achieved and what more needs to be done. You have a feeling of insecurity. Growth can be achieved only through efforts, but patience is required. Do not stop for long and there will be success.
4> What has just passed or on the Way out: Queen of Pentacles -> She is representing a person who is practical and materialistic, loves good things in life and strives to acquire them.
5> Likely to Happen or Present Situation: IV of Wands -> This card is symbolising success, prosperity, completion of work successfully. It is also indicating a marriage ceremony. Rewards and Celebrations after hard work.. Happiness and Success. (Now to know from your side is there already some relation is going on and you want a confirmation from Tarot reading whether the person is the right one, or is it that there is someone nearby you, in any ways you will get the right person)
6> Into the Future: V The Heirophant -> Now this card is showing that you are trying to find your Ownself Spiritualy. So want the answer from Tarot. Skittles this is not wrong if you are trying to get a confirmation whether you have found the right person. And if you are using this just for a trial as someone near you must have told you that you get the answers from Tarot, I guess you would have found the answer. So Dear my suggestion to you is have faith in Whom You Believe and you will get everything (Correct) that you want.
7> Doubts and Fears the Seeker has about the Question: Page of Cups -> So the doubt of yours is solved, the doubt of whether you have found the right person or the doubt whether you get the correct answer from Tarot is solved. Good news about Love and Marriage is on the Cards.
8> The Opinion of Friends, Family and Acquaintance: IX of Pentacles -> Do they feel that the one you have found or the one near you have plenty of monetary happiness and enjoys good things in life, but is a solitary person.
