The outlook spread is a four card spread. I chose a spread with not too many cards because of the very short term time span, and you do not seem to be in need of too much clarification cards, with such a concrete idea and actions already being taken.

The three of swords depicts a heart pierced by three swords. This court case is experienced as painful and sorrowful, causing a lot of hurtful grief and disappointment, and the decision to go to court was quite a painful one. It is clear you wish this had never occurred. I see how this not only pained the children and yur boyfriend, but you too.
2. who or what is of help, comes to your aid in this situation represented by the World
The World is a Major Arcana card, and in this position represents a helpful force. The Major Arcana cards tell a story of personal growth as we go through life's growth phases. When you are born you start like the Fool, naive and innocent and believing nothing can harm you. Through trials of life you end up being an adult, who has faith that things will turn out for the best (like the fool) stemming from maturity (unlike the Fool).
