Hi Jey
It depends if you picked these three cards as past, present and future spread or you simply picked three cards to get insights?
Also, not knowing the question.....whether you are looking for a job; or waiting for news about a job or thinking of changing a job...? These elements make some difference to the meaning of the cards, but let me try and interpret them for you on the basis of the Rider Waite deck, which is the one I use.
The Chariot: You are the helm of the struggle; you have control on what you want to achieve, but it is not plain sailing either. You have diligence and will power to get to your destination but certain manoeuvres and steps to outsmart the odds will be necessary.
Nine of Cups: This is the wish card, so to speak. It is the completion of your wishes, having it all, sitting and enjoying what you have acquired, whether it is the job or conquest in love or even financial and material acquisition. There is a hidden message or a caution here though: let it not get to your head the newly-acquired success.
Wheel of Fortune: change of events, call of destiny, making the best of the opportunities at hand or on offer. The change may be imminent but you can still play a part in steering them to the direction of you desire. However, this can also mean change and your ability to conform to those inevitable changes. Changes can be necessary and they can be unavoidable at times.
The Wheel may present us with the opportunity to make certain choices (good or bad) but it is up to you make those choices wisely.
I hope this added some clarification to your question.
Blessings.

Hi Cedars,
Thanks for that interpretation. It's helpful enough to get the gist out of it.
