Hello Hope
I am happy to give you this reading, but unless EOT visits the tarot forum and sees your request addressed to both of us, he will not know about your request. As I visit the tarot forum more often, I thought I’d respond to your request..
I first tried to connect with you psychically and I saw the obvious waiting mode that you are in, awaiting the outcome of this court case. However, while you are in this mode, I don’t get any inclination or the feeling of either a victory or a loss. I can’t pinpoint as to the reasons why. I also feel that even if you came out of this case successful or victorious, I don’t get the feeling of contentment from you. It is as though the success of the case was sort of unfulfilling for you, or that it was a semi-success of some sort in your eyes. However, once time goes by and the dust settles, you may realise that the outcome was not too bad after all. It will start making sense to you and you may then appreciate as to why the case not 100% in your favour and why it was semi-victorious. I don’t know what the case is and I do not know if court cases do turn out to be half-successful for one party or the other, but that is the feeling I am getting as of this moment.
I don’t know why, but I am getting the image of the Five of Swords in my vision as I tried to connect with you.
Now let us see what the cards have got to say in a broader sense.
I am using the Rider Waite deck and a spread called: Known and Unknown.
Situation:
Five of Swords (whoops!)
The immediate feeling I am getting is that of the vanquished and the victorious. Within a struggle or a fight, there will be a winner and a loser and whilst the one who is victorious in this card, having dismantled his enemies’ swords and even with that grin on his face, I do not sense he is happy with his victory. Whether your situation is leading to that or whether the roots of this case were such that the whole argument could have been avoided, I cannot tell.
What you do know:
Ace of Pentacles
You do know that once this is over, there are opportunities for better things to come your way in the areas of financial and material comfort or even prosperity. This is possibly in your subconscious and not manifested to you at this stage yet. If health has been an issue, you do know you will start feeling much better once this hurdle is out of the way and, I insist, whatever the outcome may be.
What you don’t know:
Seven of Wands
You have a fight and a struggle on your hands, as you face certain obstacles and situations with all your might. Although you are on your own in this struggle, or it may feel that way to you, I can’t help but point out that you do have the upper hand to come out victorious against your adversaries. The struggle may be tough and difficult at times, but I do sense you at an advantage point, even if you could not conquer them all.
What you could do (Advice):
Six of Swords
Isn’t it interesting the six follows the five of swords?
The advice to you would be, after all said and done, to forget the issues and leave a turbulent situation behind and head for calmer horizons. The way to find peace and balance in your life would mean that you leave certain losses and/or unpleasant episodes in your life behind you, turn your back to them and sail forward to calmer waters.
Outcome:
Nine of Wands
This is the card of completion.
We see man in front of eight wands and holding the ninth one as if to fight off any intruders or trespassers into his territory. This to me says after a period of struggle and putting up a fight, you are just a few steps away from success and victory – you are almost there, with the taste of sweet success in your mouth, and yet very protective about your achievements – the light at the end of the tunnel leading you to attainment finally.
Summary:
You have swords and wands in this reading and one Pentacle.
Words, words and who said what and what was said to whom……. But, at the same time, there is passion and a fight which is carried out with that same passion. The feeling of ‘letting go’ comes to me strongly when I look at the Six of Swords, but at the same time I would not blame you if, after all said and done, you become quite protective about your rights, your ideals and your future hence not letting anyone come closer to you to cause any damage.
All I can say is that struggle is there and have faith in yourself and fight till the end.
All the best to you my dear friend and I hope soon this will be a distant memory in your life.
Hugs
Cedars
