Very practical advise there


With the other flat in the same apartment building as my present flat, I wanted to be sure if it was worth pursuing. Because, moving into a flat with problems and then moving out of there...is not easy.
moving in and moving out..all the shifting is a real hassle and very stressful.

If i don't  pursue that, I do have other options..a little over my budget..

Does energies around you mean ...things happening around me?
And does energies for the way forward mean...the way I have to proceed or the way things will transpire?

In a roundabout way, Yes.
Energies around me means aspects, influences, forces, tendencies, events.................................around you.

Energies for the way forward: no one is forcing you to proceed as the cards have shown you; it is totally up to you. What they have shown is  that there is some hard work invovled - albeit all on your own - until you see the light.

I think you have to take whatever comes and then decide accordingly. Sometimes we have to make do with what is given to us until the next phase.

Update:
By the end of the month i didn't find another house, My land lord said I could stay in the apartment if i wanted to.
The other house I discussed with you...the land lady of that house kept dodging me, she was never consistent in her dealing..so I ended up staying back in my present apartment.
My land lord although he said that I could stay in his apartment as long as i wanted, suddenly increased my rent, and also refused to do any repair work. he said i will bear the cost of any repair work i do, if not i will leave the house.
I tried to contact the other lady for the other apartment, she again gave me some ambivalent answers...i dont know if i will get that house and even if i get that house..i get the feeling she is worser than my present land lord.
I had seen some other flats too while i was searching, some are still available but way above my budget..
Anyways, I just wanted to give you this feedback.
