Once again Thank you very much and I have said this before and I say this again I am very greatful for your help and guidance.


I am looking forward to the positive times that are in store for me, regardless of when that might happen..(still wishing in my heart that they happen really really soon).

At the same time, I will also see if I can discuss this over with my land lord again, I hate to do this..but if I have no option left I might as well talk to him and ask for an extension. I will wait for another week or so and then talk to him, I am still hoping I will find some place soon.

I promised I will be back with an update, so I am here.

update: My landlord seems to have found another tenant. I did not discuss with him about an extension..because I've constantly been looking for flats all these days. I found some..umm in each there was something or the other that i didn't like, and some were above my budget.

Before I asked you for a reading, I had seen a flat in my own apartment building, and was contemplating if I should take it. I did not pursue that with much interest, because i was afraid I might have similar problems in that flat too. Also, I could not discuss about the flat with the land lady of that particular flat because she was very busy. I figured the flat is still available for rent and called her yesterday...all the time wondering if taking that flat is a good decision or another mistake. well, she said she'll get back to me regarding that..and I am not even sure if I will get it.


Do you think I should pursue that flat ( the new one i saw , which is in the same apartment building as my present flat) or should I continue my search for something better? I if I do get that flat, I am wondering if everything will be fine there and if I will like living there. Just being extra cautious.
Not even sure if I am getting it though. But if it is a nice one and if its worth pursuing i will try to get that.  But if its not good then I will look out for something else. Hopefully I will find something nice.

This is a decision entirely up to you.
