Hello, my name is Tai, I'm a 26 year old man and I would really like a reading to clarify certain doubts that I have regarding my future and career.
I'm currently working as a graphic and web designer at an advertising agency, I've studied graphic and web design in college in order to do exactly what I am doing right now, but I've never wanted to be a graphic designer and just that, in other words I've always considered my career as a tool that i could use in bigger projects. The thing is that the graphic design -per se- does not quite fulfill me like music does. Ever since I can remember I've had a great passion for music. I've always loved music and I feel it's a big part of me, so much so that sometimes I feel I can't breath if I don't listen to music, this may come across as an exaggeration to some, but it really is like that, I feel that everyday I need to listen to music. My father is and always was a musician and a drummer so maybe that's the reason I feel such an intense feeling towards music, perhaps I got that from him.
The reason that I'm asking this reading is because I need to know if I have any chances to make it as a musician and in the music business. I know that it's a competitive and hard world but I feel that music is my real path, I've always felt that.
I really think that I could use some advice on my current job, my career, my future, and my dreams. So please do tell me what you think is best for me or what your cards say. Thank you very much in advance.

Hello Rising Sun,
This is what I have for you...
The cards concerning your:
CURRENT JOB - There will be things in motion that you will not be happy about in terms of regulations. You and others will feel like going on strike. You are more emotionally tied to your current work then you may realize and I think for the time being you have been put on a great path for you.
CAREER - I think you will put together a 'homegrown' CD and perhaps its themes will also be connected to positive ideas that promote global unity and better use of resources. You will have a measure of success with this which will be very promising for your long term plans.
FUTURE - Now I'm thinking that a female is wanting marriage and a baby. You will have your reservations about the timing of this eg. economy, ages etc, however you are a very balanced person and you inherently value grass roots ideas such as the naturalness of having children. I think you are someone who subscribes to seeing the children as our future.
DREAMS - Ok, with your dreams, and you have a very colourful and creative bucket load of them swirling around - you will need to solidify some of these so they are at a point to come back to on occasion because you will be having a great change in your commitments and responsibilities. But don't look on this as a downer because the earthy confines of material reality will add substance to your swirling dream treasure trove. And it will be great to have these wonderful pastimes and dream base as a fulfilling and nurturing background to your daily concerns. Later in life, your maturity will add richness and the timing will be better for some of your creative pursuits as opposed to now. So get your dream chasing in now but maybe be prepared that they will have to be pushed slightly to the left as you develop other qualities that will add to your decision making and social prowess.

Hello Astynome
What deck did you use for this reading and what card(s) did you get for each area of your reading?
It would be interesting to know.
Thank you.

Hi cedars,
I generally don't get out a deck, I just flick the cards up in front of me mentally, then sometimes I write them down. I get sick of all the shuffling, lol. The cards used will vary in illustration and type and are usually a mix of rider waite, marseilles, mythic, palladini, and motherpeace decks, possibly depending on my mood or perhaps the subject, querent, etc...
I will try and remember the original ones chosen for rising sun. I did scribble them down at the time but it was garbage collection this morning.
Ok, I can't remember them, here's some new ones.
CURRENT JOB: Page cups, 5 swords, 9 pentacles
CAREER: Queen Pentacles, Judgement, World
FUTURE: Justice, Star, Ace Wands
DREAMS: Emperor, 10 cups, Queen Swords
Feel free to interpret or re-interpret.
I like your posts.

Thank you for your kind words Astynome,
I am still intrigued...... do you mean to say you mix different decks and then visualise the card and write it down without actually picking one up - manually? There is no right or wrong in the way we connect with our intuition; I just had not heard this one before. You live and learn
As for re-interpreting your second drawing for Rising Sun, I think we should leave that aside in order not to confuse the querent who has not yet responded to your reading
Best wishes.
