but I don't know for how long,, I never know when someone who needs to be lifted in spirit will end up behind me lol lol lol!!

I tried your suggestion and it worked immediately for me as well. I knew I was able to feel other's emotions but I never knew that I was taking on their physical pain as well. Lately I've had the WORST neck pain ever and couldn't figure out where it came from. I was going to accupressure and trying to massage it out, as well as taking medication and nothing worked. After reading your suggestions, I prayed about my neck pain after i realized that my mom had starting dating a guy with bone spurs in his neck right when my pain started. He was at my house a lot. My neck pain instantly vanished, it was awesome, it's like magic. Also my sinuses have cleared up and my fatigue is gone. i never would've known how to get rid of this stuff without your help. I cant thank you enough, it was a blessing that you answered me. I am going to research this some more and would like to eventually help others somehow:)

If you think about it,,, pain in the neck,
Sore throats, we tend to be holding back what we want to say,
Itis= We are irrated by someone or something,
There's a thousand more! Grab a reiki book, You can get it online or at the metaphysics store,
We are much more than just a body,

We catch symptoms kinda like yawning,, you see one person yawn, it's not contagious, but we see it,, therefore it links and we are now yawning, and it's spreading,, funny huh

My biggest thing are headaches,, That go along with other people, I've wrote on this before I know But I'll do it again,,
I have a girlfriend who ever time she thinks about calling me,, I get the worse headache! After a few hours of going thru this pain, The phone will ring and It will be her, then the headache leaves just that fast,, No pills will help that LOL

I have another girlfriend that has a nervous twitch in her right eye, When ever she wants to know something, she thinks of me,, Then I can be miles away from her and my eye will begin to twitch,, I have no nervous twitches,, this was a new symptom! So I'd call her and say hello, you were thinking about coming over?
YES How did you know!! My eye started up!!

My husband: I always know when he's at home alone, I'll be at someones home working, he'll come home early, suddenly I'm
dizzy and lost, confused,, He isn't use to being at home alone, so his first thoughts are Where Is Everyone, I'm Lost!
One day he walked past me with a sore back,, I was down for days!

I've come to the point where, I'm only affected by my family, close friends, and those I'm reading,
It use to be everywhere! I couldn't go to walmart or the mall, without feeling the anxiety, the excitement of so many peoples emotions!! Time passes and it tunes itself down to where you need it to be,

But if I didn't hit this site,, I would never of realized how many of our symptoms are from the connection to other people, I would still be thinking I am Sick!

Most of our illnesses can be fixed by realizing the body is one big communication center,
You hear of these people that are, hyprocondriacs,, Can't spell it,, The people who think of a sickness, suddenly they are hospitalized and sick!! Well what if we can reverse that,, the people who are never sick,, The ones that realize there's a vibrational wave of people who are thinking they are sick coming thru,,, We realize it's their thoughts and not ours, therefore we are the only ones who don't catch it,

I get sick because I want to be pampered, I want to not have to go to work, I want to be left alone for a few days, Those are my excuses,

In fact the other week I went into a depression over nothing!! Well at the time I felt it to be everything,

I was again told to quit taking it so seriously, things have to happen so that I will make a move. Laugh with it, realize it's not here to hurt you but to make you grow with your knowledge,
I ended up getting dressed, went to the store, At the store, My cart I was using was taken, I had to carry everything On my shoulders, and then finally making it into a line to pay,, I went to set everything off my shoulders and onto the floor, when my pants decided to fall below my hip line and MOON everyone Behind me!!!
Instead of getting all embarrassed and Upset,,, I looked at the guy who was in total shock, and said MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Began laughing so hard, I then realized, I was being played a joke on,, It was funny still is,,,
I mean I could of decided to walk out of the store without my items from total embarrassement
But instead I laughed!
So your path is going to be going the way you choose to handle it,
I suggest re focusing your views onto YOURSELF Instead of absorbing someone else emotions,
You seem to be very empathic, You'll need to remember you have your own feelings, and that some of the feelings you are having don't belong to you and it's okay to let them go,
