Miki26, I am sure you will soon be reading if you stick around this site. There is a free course you can follow right here. Use the Way Map on the Learn Tarot subforum. I never saw a better course to get you started on intuitive reading: no need to learn any book meanings! This course is based on the Rider Waite deck and it really is the easiest I have come across.
I learned with it, still read with it for clarity (since it has become a sort of common language for many readers) and there are countless versions of it so that you can still chose the one that draws you most. You are supposed to link with your deck, you know... If there are no esoteric shops in your area, I guess Amazon.com would be the best choice. Many of us have to order special decks that come from just one publisher.
As for accuracy... They are as accurate as the reader!
That means a range from totally off the point to amazing, and usually depends on how long you have worked with them. I strongly recommend the MB lessons to get you nicely started and confident in your own interpretations. Enjoy!
