It has been awhile since I was on the site.  I have had a series of surgeries in the last 6 months and I am starting to wonder will I be having any others in the near future.  I have recently returned to work and there are so many changes happening.  I do not know if I will have a job in a month or more with all that is changing.

Could someone please do a reading for me around these issues and anything else I should know?
