Hold on, hold on,  youngman..... Why in such a hurry to know all the answers at the budding age of 24?
I do not believe any of my friends here will be prepared to give such a reading.
Why do you confuse your mind and your energies with matters such as money, properties and shares/trading and what not. What is the panic for?
Shouldnt you concentrate your time and thoughts on getting an education, enjoying your precious years with friends - in a nutshell, living life rather than wanting all the answers in one go?

And, what if someone told you were going to become the richest man in Malaysia... Would you abandon all the efforts you need to make and the things to learn until that time?
