I graduated with a business degree and currently a programmer. I thought about going back to school to get my MBA but my desire to go back is less now than it used to be. It was probably due to lack of time and motivation.

Is getting my MBA the right track for me OR what career path should I pursue? Should I pursue other things? I have a good job but I don't know if it's what's best for me in the long run. Thank you for your time.
