Your reading was very accurate and definitely helped me open my eyes to some things. You are correct about my state right now. Its something I know I need to shake out of. Very impressive and amazing how you felt your throat tightening as being a true sign of my current state of worriness and anxiety.

I like to think I'm a rational person but do feel I lose my true self at times and fall into the 'trap' .... once I get back to looking at the big picture, I try to move forward ... trying is the hard part but remaining focused consistently is the toughest.
