Dear Methinks
both of your questions are such that you may already have the answers within you without consulting the tarot cards:
| Quote: |
| I have recently met someone casually at work. We do not see each other often to engage in more serious conversation. I am wondering if I should continue to pursue this or move on. |
Why do you ask us for help on this one? Why do you deny yourself the experience of life by 'try and see it for yourself' rather than have the answers all chewed up for you? I mean if someone said to you, yes, go ahead and this will be the love of your life and it turned out to be the most painful thing ever (God forbid); would you listen to him/her and deprive yourself of the whole experience of having an interaction with that person which, if successful, will bring you happiness, and, if not, will add to your life's experience? I have been equally guilty of that myself where I used to want to know in advance if something was going to work or not...... and who knows what I have missed from life and from that experience...........?? I will never know.
Re your second question, even though it is a Yes or No question, I picked three cards for you from the Rider Waite and hope their insight brings some peace and calm to you.
Ace of Pentacles:
A new beginning, a gift coming your way on matters of finance, work, new prospects and projects which promises the seeds of success in your new endeavours.
Knight of Wands:
A man in your life (or his personality traits) who is enthusiastic, full of passion and creative ideas; a gentleman and a go and getter type of person who may add some zest in your current burnt-out situation, as you put it. If such a person is not forthcoming, then it is suggested that you follow this Knight's personaltiy traits to view at your prospects with a different, more creative outlook. Sometimes a second opinion is all we need to push us foward from our stagnation. I do sense though there may be someone in your life who may bring these changes to you.
Queen of Cups:
A loving motherly figure who is intuitive, psychic, can be moody at times but has an abundance of love to offer to her children. You can go to her for advice and at times of despair and she will uplift you with her intuitive approach. If you think the knight of Wands is too passionate for you, perhaps the Queen of Cups figure is the one to calm you down and make you see the bigger picture. After all, she is psychic and intuitive and to top it all up - a mother.
Blessings
