I used the Snapshot Relationship spread, which i got from ATF. I haven't used this spread or read for anyone in awhile. So, I'm a bit rusty and I apologize in advance if my reading is off.
This is the layout of the spread
1. How the relationship stands currently
2. what your head is telling you to feel (how you think you should feel)
3. what your heart is telling you to feel (how you really feel)
4. the impression you are giving the other person involved
5. What the other person's head is telling them to feel
6. what the other person's heart is telling them to feel
7. the impression the other person is giving you
8. where the relationship will likely be in 2 months.
Interpretation:
1. Currently, the relationship is at the point where things can very much sway one way or the other. You both are influencing the situation but not actively. You both have seem to have adopted a “wait and see” approach in terms of dealing with the relationship. You both are have stepped back and are allowing for whatever is meant to happen to occur (High Priestess).
2. in your head, you feel as if you should feel attracted to him. As if you should desire him ( 2 of cups)
3. For “how you really feel” I pulled the Judgment card. Admittedly, I am not very good at interpreting the Judgment card but I feel that this card is telling you to make the decision to let go of the past in order to move forward.
4. To him, you come across as someone who is powerless. Like someone who cannot make up their mind and bound by indecision ( 8 of swords)
5. He thinks he should be generous and understanding and as supportive and helpful possible ( 6 of pentacles)
6. He wants to connect with you on an emotional level. He takes an interest in you and wants to initiate a have a relationship with you.
7. You see him as someone who is fun. Someone with appealing and with a warm personality. I feel as if he comes across as a popular guy (queen of wands).
8. For this position, I pulled the 9 of swords. Therefore, I feel if you continue along the path that you are currently on, in 2 months time you will regret it. Not on an emotional level, like the 5 of cups, but on a mental level. You will feel guilty and wish you would have done things differently. On a mental level, it will haunt you.
