What else do you get besides the nine of swords..... Perhaps it is about to tell you something.
Lay your spread and either msyelf or one of my able friends and colleagues may give you an interpretation. You seem to be conversant with the tarot.
Which deck are you using? To what question is your spread of cards refer to?

Are your two questions related Or are you asking two separate readings on two different issues?

Strictly speaking, you cannot ask for a third party reading.

Hi Stacers,

I dont know about your question because it is a yes/no question but let me share whats coming to my mind when I see your cards.

9 of Swords and 5 of Cups: this combination is about worrying excessively because of over-rationalizing everything that's going on and because of crying over past losses and hurts instead of looking at what we have now.
The Empress: I feel this is something related to maternity or motherhood. It could be someone's mother at this point. Was this card a stand alone card?
