i have been working hard on my business and am just starting to feel that the effort is starting to pay off and am now looking for some information as to continued success and or direction.

I am going to have a go at your two different questions put forward in your request.

THREE OF WANDS. FIVE OF SWORDS. PAGE OF CUPS.

You have made choices, you have worked hard, you have come as a leader and the ships are coming home. I believe yuou are looking ahead to further horizons to perhpas even expand your business and look ahead for new opportunities.
With the Five of Swords, I am wondering if co-workers or partners were invovled with whom you did not always see eye to eye.
Are they out of the picture now? Or, are you trying to get them out of the situation? Would this really solve the issues for you? Why do I feel tha a certain dispute or argument has not ended conclusively? Or, even if it has, it still makes you feel inadequate perhaps? This is where, I feel, the Page of Cups comes with a message of love, accord and understanding to the present situation.
Despite your hard-won success, Squeaky, I feel there are unresolved issues within your people-to-people area and, whilst 'love' may have no place in areas of business, I sense by simply looking at the Page of Cups, for you to give in and lend the hand of cooperation. Squeaky, might you have a tendency of living in the past my friend? Oh, how good things were when we were like this or like that, or when we had this and that? How about doing something about the present? Dwelling on the feel-good factors of the past may not bring you the happiness you seek right now in your present relationship. How about looking at it in that sense may be?
Is the new-found success and wealth making you somewhat complacent in your relationship? I am assuming the King of Pentacles is yourself and may you pile up the dollars more and more..... but please beware of our king's negative traits whereby he can be sometimes too materialistic in his approach to life. He is not a bad person, albeit governed by money and wealth; the message I am getting with him and the forthcoming Ace of Swords is for you to have the strenght to correct what is not working for you and bring in justice, fair attitudes, and the will power to change yourself, your inner self.
I am not saying leave and run away from it (the relationship) but perhaps have the fortitude to see that may be you need to change certain things about yourself?

I picked two clarification cards as some sort of summation on the two factors you asked about:

On the work front I picked The Eight of Pentacles: Well, it's work work work for you by the looks of it. New ideas, new projects and even a new trade to learn.

On the relationship front I picked The Tower:  some changes are necessary here to make things work for you my good friend.

Perhaps the overall and combined message is that sometimes when we sink into work we forget those around us who need our attention and we - theirs.  We cannot give nor receive love, even if it is there looking at us in the eyes. Dont let that tower crumble at your feet my friend. If love needs nurturing, then do it with your heart!

Thank you for taking the time to help me cedars i really do appreciate it.

my relationship ended alas, 9 months ago. i started my clinic some years ago, and my partner was not happy about it. overall i felt that i was reduced as a person, i do and at the same time don't blame him. know at least that i let myself down. the relationship went into a spinner, and never recovered. so no we did not see eye to eye.

I don't have wealth as such, but am earning a decent income after a number of years creating a sound basis for my business.  the work work work is exactly right currently which is great but i have no need to moderate it for relationships on any level at this time, is possible that i might need to in future of course.

Interestingly i have had the tower recently for relationships but i don't have one so... i will see how that pans out.


again thanks for the time you spent and if i can repay please feel free. i enjoyed it quite rare for me to ask for help so in itself a learning i feel. xx

The way you had asked your second question I assumed you were at present in a relationship.
Before I even read your feedback, I've been wondering if you are male or female. The reading I gave you was based on you being male, not that it should make any difference, but was wondering if I had been in any way insensitive with my comments/reading, which I hope I was not.

Cedars means just the the cedar trees. It grows in the mountains where I originally came from.

i do not feel any offence at anything you said and hope you did not feel that from me, i am a girl. lol

why i worded the relationship question that way is i guess that i am still working out the emotions of the relationship that ended and i suppose just wanted to know, i really don't know what i wanted to know. i am a therapist and it is easy to get caught up in what you know intellectually and on the feeling level i have become confused with my emotions in this area.

i do feel you have helped so don't worry on that score, perhaps you were picking up on the ex partner  i know to a certain extent that was correct with regard to the business. where you say love and business etc we lived on a farm which he managed the environment was an issue, i worked at my business and he wasn't happy so love and business were intertwined for both of us really.

so again do not feel as if you may have given offence, i can be blunt of speech so if you read offence it was certainly not how i felt or feel thanks again
