i have used the mythic tarot and drew three cards with the question of the best way forward for you.

I drew Temperance, King of Wands & Ace of Wands in that order

the first two are drawn together in my mind so i take that to mean that communicating possibitilites is what is required of you, this seems to be a case of getting the ball rolling by sharing your ideas with others, you have the advantage of persuasion on your side, so they will be open to hearing your views, while the balancing aspect would be to allow them to determine which way they wish to proceed. The temperance card in communication invites flow so pressure will be removed by applying more than one possible direction or solution.

the ace shows that you need to have the courage of your convictions even though you are unclear as to the outcome. the ball is in your court so to speak so take courage and take action, the wands are action cards seeking an outlet for ideas.

as an overview i believe you do have an idea of how you would like things to be dealt with but fear opposition or worse rejection.
