I feel based on the cards that your ex husband has experienced a sudden series of events in his life that made him look at his past life with you. I feel that fate/destiny had a strong role to play in him entering your life again. Although the cards indicate that this is sudden and suprising for you,  they tell you this is nothing to worry about because it is a wheel that is spinning. One day it's up and one day it's down: this is not going to be a permanent thing. He will go away eventually as this card (Wheel of Fortune) also talks about movement and the absence of permanence.
