Thank you so much what you have said is very spot on I`m a Personal Trainer and I was studying Psy but I stop doing it and I wasn`t sure if I should cont it and I have being put on a break after working for more 7 yrs and never had break before and got worried what to do, is this right, thats why I want to know what direction to take or advice on which is better and very gratefull for that.
