I would be grateful if someone would find the time and energy to do a Tarot reading for me.

My question is about my career. I'm a PhD student in the social sciences and religion. Recently, I had to change advisors and now work with co-advisors: a man and a woman.

I would like to know what the cards say concerning my current progress and where I'm most likely heading with the new direction my research has taken.
As you all know, PhD program is a long haul and I'm finishing my 3rd year. So sometimes doubt sets in...

Absolutely! This Kind of Sword right now is definitely me. I used to be sentimental with my former supervisor and do things in order to please and comfort her, as opposed to doing things for me. I recently decided I needed to think with a rational and clear mind and focus on my work with all my heart.



Actually, it is AMAZING that the 7 of swords card came up. I kind of had to negotiate my way out of a stalemate situation with my previous supervisor and another professor who wanted to become my supervisor. Thank God, I managed to do so. And I am still walking on eggshells trying not to make any enemies in this process.



Waw, this queen certainly sounds like the woman professor who is now my new supervisor and who is very productive in her work and full of energy. She is very excited and enthusiastic about working with me. Also, you are right in saying I need to become more like the Queen. Interestingly, in relationship spreads, I always appear as the Queen of Wands... So yes, this could be me. Absolutely.
