Somsale,
You have had an unfortunate accident prior to your wedding. I am so sorry to hear it. I do not see why you shouldn't marry to the same girl (as you put it) if you were going to marry her just prior to the accident. Are you now less of a future husband because of your accident?
I hate to ask if your lack of mobility is something permanent or temporary? This is a medical question and only doctors can answer to that.
I think you are panicking because of the sudden postponment of the wedding and your accident, which is understandable and unfortunate. I believe you should concentrate on getting better and with your would-be wife's support, things should settle down for the next wedding date.
Are you of a culture where such accidents are viewed with superstition or bad karma?
There are so many variables in your questions - all of them a Yes or No type - that I am not being tempted to shuffle the cards to thnk of a reading at this stage.
My advice would be just look after yourself now and try to get this sorted out medically.
All the best to you and let us know how you get on.
Blessings.

All the best to you
