Sorry for the negitive start to ask for a reading but im at the low point in my mid life crisis sprung life and want to know if the next 12 months are going to suck as bad as the last 12.
Im a shift worker in a busy place with little advancement opportunities and a boss who doesnt know what to do with me cause my face dont fit with the grand plan.
I have had 20 job refusals in 5 years and 7 of those were in my work place.
I can do the jobs i apply for ,but they like to use me to fill but wont let me do any of the jobs permenantly. I was the only applicant for one position and they still refused me a interview. If it wasnt for the wife and kids i would bail out of this pit of dark souls .
Any insight would be forever grateful

You need to take stock of things and to look at what you are doing and why. Why do they overlook you, what are you doing wrong? What is it that you are missing? Then start a fresh with a clean slate wiped clean of all these negative thoughts and energies, allow yourself to flow with confidence and optimism, you can do it and you will do it. Positive thinking is needed here. Trust, Faith and Confidence. Don't look to the past move forwards and don't look back at these dark days.

Thank you for the reading i normaly much more positive than that, i was having a seriously bad day after i found out from a very reliable source that my bosses are holding me back on purpose.
