Hello!  I recently got out of a relationship and i am finding it so hard to let go.  My ex gives me mixed signals but i just really need some advice on how i can make this easier on myself.

When you have been in a relationship for some time, let's say you enter a comfort zone. That feeling of belonging and that you make another person happy as well. To move out of this is extremely traumatic for any person. As Payewacker said, dont get involved with another; just get on with your life; rediscover your friends or, if you prefer your own company, you cook for yourself, get good films that you had missed; pamper yourself and if you can afford it, buy some good clothes for yourself.
