Hi Bella,

thank you for the reading it is all true what you have said the only thing is partner is being quite selfish money wise and seems to be very lazy etc. looking after our son cleaning the house making decisions leaving it with me picking up the pieces. I feel drained of my energy and I think she's suffering from depression. Also I'm male as you were describing her as male (no biggie). We have had a rocky relationship since we met which was about 2.5 years and family and friends always ask me if I'm happy with as they are concerned. I feel like she's blocking me from being happy and persuing my goals. I don't want to give up on our relationship because I want to work at it but I feel if it keeps going like this I have no option but to leave.

I did definitely feel that it was you that is trying to make this work and that your partner is not so committed, and doesn't take suggestions too well, hence me saying she has a  defensive stance!
