Update on the situation...

I can definitely feel the bond between us grow stronger.  She's moving out of her current place into my apartment complex at the end of the month.  She's been talking about how excited she is to her best friend, and I'm also excited about it too.  We're also training together to be bartenders in two weeks, which we're also happy about.  

There's another guy coming into the situation though.  He's extremely funny, but a real nerdy type guy, not very attractive. He's only been working where we work at for 3 weeks and he's already written her a letter about how he thinks about her all the time and is interested in her, she even showed me it.  She thinks he's an awesome guy and is fun to be around and has no doubts he will treat her right, but says she wants to get to know him before coming to any conclusions.

I know that waiting is the best thing to do, but I'm a very impatient person.  I know that telling her my feelings will not be the best idea right now, but I feel the need to sometimes.  I have a bad feeling that this "bond" we might have will fade.  Is this all in my head or should there be concern?

I dont blame you for wanting to know all the answers right now. I was (and in a way I am) like you.
But at your budding age of 24 (in matters of love and relationships) I would just let things be as they come. No wonder, no wonder, I felt it in my guts before I even checked your profile that you must be a Cancerian - typical of me.
I now understand you a lot more. I have suffered in my time of all this and had my share of sleepless nights. All I can say is, let things be..... dont fight them off. Keep your connection with this lady and if she is going to go, she will go....... and if she is going to stay, she will stay.
