I do poorly reading for myself, so I would appreciate a Tarot card reading. I am a female Leo. 3 themes have been following me for some time and I am wondering when they will end, and if they will end in a positive way.


The one bothering me most is I am involved in a very long work dispute with someone who is extremely vindictive. This person is very unstable and has done some terrible things, all of which she has gotten in trouble for, but it doesn not deter her. This dispute is going to be refereed by someone of authority in shortly, and I am hopeful it will be resolved both on financial and moral grounds in my favor.

Please let me know if: this dispute will end favorably for me on these fronts.


The second theme has been a close relationship which has become quarrelsome. There is tension and we fight. It is emotionally draining. I am trying to improve this relationship because it means a great deal to me, but I feel like the other person is not as available emotionally. How do you see this going for me? Any comments?

Thirdly, will my business ever get out of its growing pains?

Finally, how will Spring into Summer 2008 go for me? Will I finally find some peace and quiet?

You are really tired and stressed by this whole thing, you are going to great lengths and depths to try and sort it out. You are focussed on her, but there are others trying to get your attention, you're possibly neglecting or overlooking other matters because of this. She is not looking at you but at the star of hope. Somehow I get the feeling she isn't really realising all the negative things and feelings between you, she thinks things aren't all that bad and you're overreacting? She's hoping for a positive outcome and ignoring anything else. You both seem a bit unbalanced in your approach to this.

In the five of swords Apollo is talking to Orestes in a very firm tone about something and none of them seem too happy. 'No winners' came to mind. I pulled another two cards and it was the wheel of fortune and the 9 of cups. So the wheel keeps turning and what goes down will come up and things will eventually come round the way you want them. So perhaps you won't be entirely happy with the settlement initially but things will improve, perhaps suddenly and not in the way you expect.

Your advice is to be grounded and practical about this and also look to your other affairs. Don't forget what you have. Also, in order to make things go your way you need to be organised, patient and methodical. Document your case and present evidence, that sort of thing. Perhaps the Queen also represents a person that will play an important role in this, a down to earth, even cynical, and decisive woman.

I think right at the moment your postion in this relationship feels like you don't know which way to turn, you have been resisting the changes that are taking place and it has all become a bit of a struggle. You need here to regain some balance so that the ups and downs do not affect you so badly, in order to be able to start a new cycle.

Card 2: Your partner's position in the relationship ~  Four of Swords
Your partner's postion in this relationship seems by this card to be suggesting that he has taken some time out mentally, he has appeard to withdraw and may not be as communicative as he once was. It seems to be suggesting here that the best way to find a resolution that will meet both your needs, is to clear out the old, you can try to do this in a number of ways but maybe both taking the time to hear what the other has to say about how they feel, will give you both the opportunity to realise what can or cannot be done. In order to create a new beginning will totally depend on whether each of you is willing to surrender to the inevitabilty that things have changed.

Bella-- Your reading touched on many salient points. I tend to cut him off which is frustrating to him and I am trying to stop doing that, which has helped. Thanks for such a good readng.

Loopy-- Almost, but this person knows what she is doing is wrong, and clearly intends it for me. I agree she hopes for a positive outcome, alright, but in an adversarial way. There is a union hearing coming up, so there will be something done about this. The practical advice was very on point.

In the Rider deck, the Star is a card of loss. (IMO). In my reading, (using a standard 11 card spread), I pulled 2 of the cards you did BEFORE you did your spread. What are the odds?
