I have taken the liberty to give you a general reading based on the energies surrounding you and the energies for the way forward. I thought this was the best spread for you as your question was so general.
I am using the Rider Waite original deck.

YOU: The energy surrounding you now. Four of Pentacles.
You are currently holding on to everything that you have for dear life. You are holding everything close to your chest as if not willing to expose yourself to anyone. It is almost like the miser who holds on to his pennies and this state of mind has in a way has immoblised you not letting you move forward. You are sitting still, having turned your back to the world in a state of stagnation.

'Dare I say ask you may be trying to form a family'  - Yes I am trying for another baby.

'It is almost like the miser who holds on to his pennies' - This made me laugh because I am trying to hold on to my money as I'm in some debt and I'm hopeless at saving so I just withdraw it all out the bank and keep it on me. Needless to say it isn't quite working out. I use to be generous but I'm being quite stingy at the minute.

'Whatever you are trying or aiming for, does not look bad at all' - I'm aiming to be debt free by the next tax year [April 08] so this reassures me.
