Could someone give me some advice about a man, next door to my business, who is harrassing and intimidating me.  I did a tarot reading for myself a few weeks ago about my business, and I got a feeling of `sabotage' with the reading, but at the time didn't know who this was coming from. However, someone told me recently that this man had said `She'd better watch her back!'  And, this week something has happened for me to take this threat seriously, I am worried that he will carry out his threats and try to get me out of my business premises.  Could someone give me a reading please and give me some advice, and anything that they pick up from a reading about the outcome. Thank you.

I must begin with what is fast becoming my standard disclaimer for Tarot readings. I normally give readings in the Psyschic Reading forum on our Board. Tarot is something I use on a personal basis for meditative self study.

However, there is no harm in offering my help knowing that I'm surrounded by Tarot experts should my efforts fall short of the mark for you. Here goes:

The Tarot reading I just did for you was a comprehensive 10 card spread that was heavily weighted with the suit of Pentacles. The reading suggested to me immediately that although this gentlemen was the focus of your question what he represents to you is essentially a serious threat to your "hearth and home".

By that I mean that what you sense is threatened here is your very livelihood, your means of supporting yourself, the investment you've made not only financially but also creatively. This enterprise seems to be your "treasure chest" in the sense that it is not only a source of income for you but also a place where you have invested your "treasure chest", perhaps a good portion of your savings. And there is little doubt that you've invested a large measure of your energy and time as well. This enterprise is in some ways your identity, who you know yourself to be.

I also sense that you may have been through a similar situation once before. Perhaps it wasn't precisely the same situation but the threat felt every bit as real as this one does and there seems to be an old wound there that this current experience is rubbing salt into so to speak.

All this is well and good but what I'm certain you are concerned with is how all of this will work out in the end. The reading suggested to me that you are in "defensive mode" and that you will successfully defend your territory. Although the conflict has taken its toll on you, I sense that you won't loose the ground you worked so hard to gain.

Don't give up. The end is near but the turmoil isn't quite over. Also remember that this present situation may appear all the more frightful to you because you've had other brushes with loss before. However, this reading suggests that you'll be the victor this time.

thank you very much for your reading.  A lot of it made sense!  I have invested much more than money into this business, I have invested my time, energy, etc and it does feel that this person is threatening my livelihood.  I am in a defensive mode, because I do tend to `stick up' for other people when they are being unfairly treated.  This person doesn't like the fact that I am employing the previous owner, they had a row before she left.  He has contacted the landlord because he doesn't want me to employ her, and the landlord has asked me to get rid of her, which I have refused to do so because I think she is being unfairly treated.  And, also I don't think the other tenant should dictate to me who I can and cannot employ.  He has caused a lot of problems before with other tenants, although they don't know that HE is responsible for reporting them to the council and to the landlord for certain problems.  I could cause a lot of conflict for him if I told them what I know, but I am not like that.  I have been told by the landlord that if I don't get rid of her then he can by law throw me out because there is a section in the lease that says I am not to make a `nuisance' of myself with other tenants, which he says I am by employing this woman.   I hope that you are right about being the victor this time, and I do feel that this turmoil is far from over yet, but because I feel that there is injustice going on I don't feel that he should get away with this victimisation.  The lady in question has said that she would leave so this would end, but I feel if he is allowed to do this sort of thing time and time again he will continue.
