I don't know if this is too much to ask for but would you mind helping me out for a moment?

I decided to focus on bettering myself after the reading i got from you.  I'm moving on to explore my spiritual side as you said.  I'm so tired...I really feel like i can't do this life thing anymore if i don't change myself.

I called someone i know that i shouldn't have called and we talked for awhile.  I was trying to let go of him and was trying to make peace with him (didn't want to leave him in negativity).  He told me that something happened that could be damaging for both him and i.  I think i know what that is.  Him and my friend or ex friend have had sex/some type of relationship.  I really do believe that's what it is.

Can you help me in this situation?  Have i been deceived and do you know what i should do to rise to the top?  The reason i'm asking you this now is because i have made the choice to take time away from the internet and step into life to find where peace happiness and joy live.  

I'm living in fear of everything.  I don't know what to do

Please don't be so worried, you do know what to do, listen to your heart, deep inside you know, you are just lacking in confidence thats all, and that happens to all of us at one time or another.  Just take a few deep breaths and relax, I mean really relax for a few moments, let all your cares be put aside for the this time and just pause.
Do you meditate? That is a brilliant way to learn to trust yourself and restorre your faith in things. It doesn't have to be for long, just a few minutes at a time and perhaps visualise yourself in a secret garden, somewhere safe and warm and beautiful, just peace.

I don't like to call on the tarot again so shortly after, so instead I have chosen Animal Spirits and Goddess cards to offer you some guidance, I hope thats ok.  I drew you an animal totem card, and the Wolf card came out, the wolf is a teacher, a wise animal that knows when to run and hide and when to run and hunt, the wolf can teach us many things and I am sure that wolf is one of your main totems, they work best in packs so perhaps you might use this trait and surround yourself with friends and gain support from them? You could use the stealth and cunning of the wolf to find out what you want, or you could use their silvery shadow ability to keep in the shadows and be unseen whilst you work out your answers, keeping near to your goal and listening silently?
