Hi,
One doesn't need the tarot to know that when It comes to puppy matters it is always best to do what is best for the animal. They are far easier to re-home when they are cute and young, and as they get older not only do they get harder to re-home but they can suffer more by losing someone they have affection for. Can you speak to a re-homing centre, or the vet? Get professional help. Is it because the puppy barks when is left alone whilst you work? Why is your neighbour concernced over this? The longer you wonder the harder it will get for all concernced. Explore your options and decide now
